Leopold bench

This bench looks simple and just wide enough to straddle the end of a 30" grow bed where drip line begins. Let's try one out and later consider a second across from the other. Looks like it seats 2 gardeners per bench and plans are under Guides (menu above).    -P

Saturday's 12 pound harvest share. We packed about 17 of them and have napa cabbage, zucchini, & lettuce to give to Family Kitchen.

Sunday's celebration poet Janet

We are grateful (by Chris K. as a call/response)

For the earth and all she produces;
We are grateful.
For compost, rich with microbial goodness;
We are grateful.
For engineers who design and builders who fashion garden beds, irrigation systems, hoop houses, propagation greenhouses;
We are grateful.
For snow that fills aquifers that flow through red irrigation driplines;
We are grateful.
For community that has grown here and that will grow yet;
We are grateful.
For the sweet and succulent goodness we will eat from this garden and the love that here will grow;
We are grateful.
Bless, O, bless this sacred, abundant space.
Amen.
