Interplanting

In 2017 we reduced the east garden portion to half and planned some interplanting of two crops:  carrots/radishes, cabbage/butterhead, spinach/peas.  They seem to be working fine so far.  We had a few boo-boos:  we didn't interplant carrots & radishes; kales planted into carrots (maybe worth repeating that one intensionally).

2017 first weekends

April 1 Marci lead our opening celebration.  Following that we prep'd the perennial beds by removing quack grass and transplanting some strawberries.  April 8 we added about 37 new asparagus and started first crops of spinach and lettuce in the N. tunnel.  Soon we get new strawberries.
